Description
Introducing the simplest way to weld Aluminum parts – no expensive equipment required.
All you need is a propane torch, and some Simple Aluminum Welding rods.
No fluxes and no fumes are required (however, you can use some flux if you feel it will do a better job).
It makes a sound joint, stronger than the parent metal, and can join thin and thick parts together.
Its corrosion resistance is excellent and has minimal or no distortion to the parent material.
Fast, simple and cheap.
Description
Welding Instructions:Thoroughly clean the area you’re about to weld by brushing the base with stainless steel brush until it become shiny. Then evenly heat the area to be welded. As you heat, rub the rod vigorously against the heated area until the rod starts flowing.
Caution: Never apply heat directly to rod as it will crumb, and if you manage to melt the rod directly, the weld will be easily breakable. Remember, melting the rod directly is a wrong way, and makes crumby welds.

Everything is fine! Aluminum horseradish tear off, but duralki has a melting temperature less and this flux wire will not work. By the way, it perfectly saves almost all the flowers.

Solder with very active flux. A sample of 2 pieces of aluminum bonded tightly even spitting into the pellet did not damage the seam if it can be called. Flux can spread thin walls while i poured solder into the gap as i thought he stack down and dissolved aluminum with him. Small parts are soldered easily. I also tried to save 2 aluminum pipes. It did not work out, the heat goes into the pipe, you need either something more serious to warm, or hide the rest of the part in isolation.
